Technical Information
Taking into account the direction of airflow, fans can be designed in 2 versions:
- FD (forced draft) - airs flows from the motor through the rotor
- ID (induced draft) - flow direction: rotor - motor.
Standard fans are produced in the FD version.
Type S and SE wall fans are available in 2 versions: exhaust (W) or supply (N).
An exhaust fan is a device exhausting air from a room.
Grid - Rotor air flow.
A supply fan is a device, which transfers air into a room.
Rotor - Grid air flow.
