High pressure duct fans, 2K type
Provided with a casing equipped on both sides with rolled flanges with connecting holes.
Contra-rotating, interflowing rotors.
Designed with an emphasis on achieving high pressures.
Double equipped with rotors and motors. Designed to pump air and other chemically inert media.
Standard Configuration:
- Diameter range: 350 to 1000 mm
- Capacity range: 4800 to 50400 m3/h
- Max pressure range: 160 to 900 Pa
- Available motor capacity: 2x0, 55 2x5, 5kW
Motors: asynchronous, closed in a casing made of cast aluminium or cast iron with maintenance-free bearings; single or three-phase, IP 55
Standard operating temperature range: -20 do +40°C,
Fan casing: perfectly round, made of steel sheet, flanges rolled from the casing wall, protected against corrosion by powder painting or galvanization.
Used rotors: highly efficient with profiled blades made of very durable and light plastic (PPG - glass fibre reinforced polypropylene), aluminium die-cast hubs. Low weight of the rotor and its balance of G6.3 class extends the life of motor bearings.
Optional fittings:
- Fans equipped with an inlet or outlet grid.
- Motors: IP56 or IP66, insulation class H, dry or wet tropic.
- Rotors: equipped with aluminium blades.
- The flow characteristics in the tables were provided for the temperature of 15 °C.
- Possible production according to customer's requirements.
