Standalone fans mounted on a mobile tilt frame, type: KLR
Fans mounted on a mobile tilt frame, casing equipped with an ellipsoidal air intake
Secured on both sides with a grid.
The construction of the frame allows for the regulation of air stream from the fan
Designed to pump air and other chemically inert media.
Designed with an emphasis on achieving high flow parameters at low noise levels.
Standard Configuration:
- Diameter range: 350 to 1000 mm
- Capacity range: from 4150 to 34200 m3/h
- Available motor capacity: 0.25 to 3 kW.
Motors: asynchronous, closed in a casing made of cast aluminium or cast iron with maintenance-free bearings; single or three-phase, IP 55
Standard operating temperature range: -20 to +40°C
Fan casing: perfectly round, made of alloy steel, finished with a funnel on one side and a flange on the other, protected against corrosion by powder painting. The inlet and outlet of the fan is secured with a grid.
Mobile tilt frame: made of alloy steel, welded, secured against corrosion by powder painting, equipped with 4 wheels. 2 fixed wheels with breaks, 2 steering wheels.
Used rotors: highly efficient with profiled blades made of very durable and light plastic (PPG - glass fibre reinforced polypropylene), aluminium die-cast hubs. Low weight of the rotor and its balance of G6.3 class extends the life of motor bearings.
Optional fittings:
- Motors: IP56 or IP66, insulation class H, dry or wet tropics, or a version up to 100°C.
- Flow parameters specified in the tables at the operating temperature of 15°C.
- Possible production according to customer's requirements.
